AllJax, Inc. is a land and environmental services company based in Dade City, Florida, providing excavation, land clearing, demolition, grading, and site work across Pasco County and surrounding areas.

How It Started

After serving in the United States Air Force, Justin returned home to New Port Richey and started with a small lawn service. In the early days, it was about taking whatever work was available and doing it right. As opportunities grew, that work expanded into hauling, debris removal, and property cleanup.

As he continued working, Justin built connections and recognized opportunities to take on larger and more involved projects. He added skid steers and excavators and expanded into excavation, land clearing, grading, and demolition.

Built Through Growth

AllJax now operates out of Dade City, Florida, serving residential and commercial clients across Pasco County and nearby areas.

Growth has come from expanding services, equipment, and the size of projects the company can handle, while keeping a people-first approach. As the team has grown, the focus has been on giving people the tools, equipment, and opportunities to succeed and take on more responsibility.

From small property jobs to full site preparation and land development, each step forward has built on the last.

The Reason Behind It

Justin and his wife are raising four kids.
